Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or limited-edition drops
Any item showing signs of wear, smoke, scent, or damage
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@sillynice.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review and send you return instructions, including the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange (if applicable).
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
